Default Reseeding

I know the temps are dropping, but I killed my lawn 4 weeks back with
round up. Can I still till and reseed or is it too late?. If not when
should I do it?.

thanks.

You should do it between Mid Sept and Mid Oct, but considering it is
dead, I would suggest you seed now since even 25% is better than
nothing. You may even have to reseed in the spring and fall. Spring
seeding seldom survives July and August here without heavy watering.
