ISO: Book - "Landscape Plants of the Southeast" (Gordon Halfacre)

Howdy,

I've had a copy of the '89 edition of this book for the last dozen
years or so. My sister just bought a house in GA and wants to get
started in the yard. I couldn't imagine doing it without the book as
reference. My plan was to buy it for her as a house-warming gift.

So, I looked locally and on Amazon, and learned that the book is out
of print? Does anyone know where I can find a copy of this great book
for sale? TIA!

Thanks to all who replied via email and in the newsgroup. Someone
made a great suggestion to check Logan's downtown, and sure enough
they had a copy (for $52). I was so busy checking book stores, it
didn't cross my mind to look at local gardening stores. Thanks again!

Well, I am too late, but I got a new copy from Quail Ridge Books for
$60. NCSU bookstore may have copies too.

But you did keep your purchase local.
