The garden will be open for visiting next week from Monday, June 20 thru
Friday, June 24. The best time for viewing the daylilies is during the
morning so please plan your visit between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM. If you need
to come during a different time, then please give us call. Our phone number

Some plants will be available for sale, but not all of them because we going
to be on the 2006 American Hemerocallis Society summer tour and will be
holding back several cultivars until after the tour is over. We also
hybridize daylilies so we ask that you do not touch the plants or any
seedpods that are on the plants.

Two weeks ago our garden was featured in a News & Observer article about
area daylily gardens in the gardening section. The daylily season is
running later than normal this year, however, today has been our best bloom
day so far and things should be looking great for viewing next week.

I would also like to invite everyone to visit Crabtree Valley Mall tomorrow
(Saturday) for annual Daylily Flower Show sponsored by the Raleigh Daylily
Club.
