Your pictures are very nice. But requiring a special decoder is a something
most people aren't acquainted with. The download mentionned by Joan F will
work quite well but it would probably be better if you took the extra step
to convert to jpg before posting. A small description of the photo including
any names you have for the flowers would also be greatly appreciated.

Err, he posted a jpeg.
To send it over USENET he did a yenc encode of the data instead of
a uuencode of the data or a MIME base 64 encode of the data.

For the original poster...
Unless you are having to pay for outbound bandwidth on your newsserver,
please use the format everyone supports, uuencode.
It's old and somewhat inefficient with space, but everybody can handle it.
Otherwise, consider MIME base 64. Darn near everything has it for handling
standard email attachments.
The Yenc decoders only seem to be built into tools that seemed to be preferred
by those sucking down movies, music, and porn from USENET. The folks here
have a vice that they can convince their friends and neighbors isn't as
bad as porn, make it easier for them by letting them stick to software
that lets them look like upstanding citizens...

Way with words... that's just a standard viewpoint for someone
that headed off to the C&H open house the weekend after he got married.
