Paghiopedilum got 2nd Flower

Hello a new orchid in Sept had one flower and one bud.

First bloom dropped this week and second bloom just about to burst in to flower.

Can you tell me what I should do with the stem of the spent flower?

Do I prune right back or leave well a lone.
