Default Dendrobium Sunset Rainbow

Such lovely flowers; it's a pity I don't get more of them. This
overgrown plant has probably 30 mature growths and just five flowers
when I would expect a hundred or so. Last year was the first time it
bloomed for five years, and only three flowers then.

Amybody have any idea how to bloom these things well? I give a cool
drier winter rest as prescribed, and still get crappy flowering.
