Default diseased leaf

My Slc. Rockette has just finished blooming, and looked a little dry.
Then I noticed a depression on the top of one leaf, with a corresponding
line of brown bumps underneath. Looked a little like scale, but couldn't be
scraped off. Please have a look at photos on ABPO and let me know if you
have any helpful ideas.
Thanks,
Tom

Tom,

I'm going to try to get over to APBO (having computer probs - #$%&!). But
from your description the condition sounds exactly like something that's
happened to a few of my Catts.

I think it's a fungus, and I have successfully nipped it using a natural
fungicide made with alcohol and cinnamon (see Ray's site for more on that).
Obviously, any fungicide will do the same. I just prefer to avoid the
chemicals if I can, barring a
serious breakout.
