When should I repot my orchids 4 pots now 4 years old end very full
but still got plenty of spikes and flowers last season.

It's usually appropriate to repot right when new growth is beginning, or if
the medium has begun to decompose.

At four years, I'd guess that they're about due, unless it's an inorganic
medium you're using.
