Thanks, Diana. I made a loaf of green bread for our 5 yo grandson. He loved
it. The rest of the family took one look & collectively said "Yuck!"

you to stoop to just plain food color.

My wife does a shortbread with pistachio pudding that is referred to as
'green bread'. However, that's an xmas treat for us...

Oh Sue! I hate to disillusion you. What should I have used? Ground up
leprechauns? Given some of the other things that *could* have been used for
green - I'm not going to go there.
