Default Phal blooming question- Thanks

I think you may have solved this for me. I keep the phals in the
basement, and during this time of year the temp gets down to 55 at
night, and not higher than about 62 during the day. I'll start bringing
them up once they spike where they'll get enough light in a kitchen
window and a more decent temperature to see if growth progresses
better. Thanks very much.
