Default Why???

My paph.armeniacum seems that it stop growing the bud. Besides, the bud had
lost its balance. Why???
Can anyone tell me why?

Dicky,

Has the bud changed color? It's possible that you have bud blast. This is
caused by several things like water in the bud (happens when you water),
damage to the bud (did you bump the bud with anything), blast of hot or cold
air, or insect damage.

Some paphs seem to be more prone to bud blast and armeniacum seems to be
high on that list.

This starts as the flower bud/stem stops elongating. Then the color changes
slightly and eventually it turns brown or black. You said that the bud lost
its balance....I'm thinking the bud was attacked by something (bug) that
caused it to grow lopsided.
