Does anyone have any info on Chondrorhyncha amazonica ? Is it still
Chondrorhynca or is it Cochleanthes? Anything unusual about cultural needs?

It's cochleanthes in my book, and likes warm temps and moderate light - no
direct beams of sun - and constant moisture. I grow them either in S/H
culture or in plastic pots of sphagnum.

I have Chondrorhyncha aromatica currently in bloom - smells like roses.
Good question about Chondroryncha vs. Cochleanthes, I thought I was
buying the latter and didn't see that it was the former until I got home
and took a better look at the tag. But maybe they're the same?

Culturally, I treat it like a Phal. And something must be OK since it's
blooming.
