MISSED SPAM

How do I report spam that the Anti-Spam filter missed?

1) The missed spam must be sent as RFC-822 MIME encoded attachments in
order to process the mail. Send to .

2) Adelphia must receive the missed spam within three days from
initially sent to effectively write rules and filter the spam. Stale spam is
not very helpful.



Here are instructions for sending messages as MIME encoded attachments in
Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express and Netscape Messenger.



Microsoft Outlook:

- Under the "Tools" menu select "Options." Under the "Preferences"
tab, press the "E-mail options ." button.





- On the bottom half of the window, under "When forwarding a message" select
"attach original message" from the drop-down menu. Send to
