Default Classification of lesser known genera of orchids

I am 8 names away from finishing a document containing every genus
name I have found from at least a dozen different sources.

The document is for use by exhibitors at our show to help them get
plants from the lesser known genera into the right display classes and
to help them understand that the genus on their plant label may be an
error or a synonym for another name.

The document currently has 3,243 natural and man made hybrid genus
names but there are 8 more that I have come across that I would like
to add. I do not really expect anyone to bring a plant with any of
these names to our show but for the sake of completeness I would like
to be able to add them.

What I need to know is what tribe and subtribe (if there is one) they
would belong in so that I can figure out what other genera they are
related to and hence what display class to put them in.

The names in question, and what I know about them, a

Changnienia - I know it is in subfamily Epidendroideae, that it is
accepted for registration by the rhs, and where to find a picture of
it.

Cooktownia - I know it is a monotypic Australian genus and it is also
accepted for registration

Didonopsis - I know it is accepted for registration but nothing else

Dithrix - I know it is attributed to Schlechter in Brummitt, Vascular
Plant families and Genera 1992: 733 and that it is accepted for
registration

Pfitzeria - I know it is accepted for registration

Vietorchis - I know it is a saprophytic plant in a monotypic genus
from Vietnam.

Ochiastrum - I know it might be a synonym for Spiranthes

Puracaleana - I can't even remember where I saw this name.

By the way, before anyone asks, I will be putting the complete list up
on our club website at http://los.lon.imag.net/MiscFile.asp when it is
finished - which better be before March 12th since that is when setup
begins for our show.

Any help you can give me would be appreciated.
