---but a word of warning on the MOS one--you're expected to pay the ten
bucks to get in the house and garden show in order to get into the
orchid show. it looked very fancy from the doorway (little too rich for
my blood though as i had no interest in the rest of the thing).

obOrchid: just took a sickly little seedling out of its pot and shoved
it in some sphag in frustration. will see what happens.
