I live in Hong kong and i want to order 2 species from other countries. one
is bellatulum var. album and the other is druryi. What should i do if i
order from foreign countries? And what should i need to do (eg. sign a form,
pay for the import service) from the customhouse?

Since they are Paphiopedilums, you'll need a CITES permit. You may need to look
up import permits also, it's likely that you'd need one.
