I asked if anyone in the group had information in Orchid ranges in India
a month or so ago. I have just returned from the trip, having made a
couple of new friends in India, visited two great ranges and met the
editor of Orchids Asia.

I had one free day to do it all it.

I returned with a dozen flasks of hybrids and all the right paperwork.
It took 90 minutes to get thru the USDA inspection, as the people madly
looked up the rules and double checked things. Three calls up the line -
I am glad I returned during normal working hours. I had copies of all
the USDA regulations and web pages, which helped a lot.

If my friends are right I now have between 600 and 1200 new orchids to
add to the greenhouse and in a few years, some unique orchids to trade.

I want to thank the group for all the help.

If anyone is interested I will post more information.
