Default [Tech] Artificial Light - Again

Hi Ladies and Gents.

I have been out the last days looking for some light for my 2 natural
percent lit basement plantroom.

I have been looking at various neontubes...all are claimed to be
planttubes. some have 4000k and one i found was 10000k

I plan on mounting 2 or 3 neon tubes in either a 90 cm or a 120 cm
long fixture ( casing )...this should be able to maintain 40 Orchids
on a big table... ?

Please give your view on my plan.

Thanks in Advance and thanks for allowing me to use Your Bandwidth
