Orchid Digest Question
 

Hello group:

I was wondering if anyone has had enough experience with Orchid Digest to
know how long I should expect to wait for a copy of one of their specialty
issues?

About 3+ weeks ago I placed an order on the web for a copy of their Phrag
Issue. I got a confirmation e-mail within a day but have yet to see the
magazine appear in my mail box.

Am I expecting too soon? I've e-mailed the membership e-mail address and
have heard nothing.

I've never dealt with the company before and I don't know if this is typical
behavior.

Any advise?

A friend and I ordered a few last year. If I recall correctly it was
about 3-4 weeks for us. Please remember, they really ARE an
all-volunteer staff and get to things as quickly as they can. I've never
really gotten very good response from the webpage myself.

Thanks for the info. I kinda' figured they were a pretty small setup.

I just didn't want to be so patient that I wait for too long and when I
finally did contact them, my
money will have been long gone and no one would have any record of my
transaction.

I'll give them another week or so before I try to contact them again.
