Green Sustainable Architecture

Hi there,

Newbie mentioned meeting someone who was a green sustainable architect. Can
you please give some more info on what this sort of person does and how it
varies from "normal" architecture? I've been interested in passive solar
architecture for years, haven't heard of this and would be interested in
following up some links, books, articles, etc.

Thanks for any help

Judanne in Tassie.
