just wondering if anyone has any ideas on dealing with cockroaches in an
organic way.

You can buy cardboard sticky box traps; they go inside and their feet
get stuck so they can't escape.

I think its Borax and flour for cockroaches. I'm not sure, though, how
organic borax is.
