Default Chloroplast Protein

Hi All,

Can anyone give me a nice protocol to isolate chloroplast protein. I am trying to determine whether my protein of interest is chroplastic or cytoplasmic . So I need to isolate protein and go for a wetern. Please let me know if anyone has a protocol.

Thanks
