Default Decidious trees and climbers

I am planting a new back yard garden in a coastal region of Australia,
the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria, south east of Melbourne.

I am looking for a deciduous tree, salt air tolerant with red autumn
colour. Can you offer any assistance?
