mangrove tissue culture

Hi!
I am working on mangrove, Bruguiera and Sonneratia, micropropagation. No
success in in vitro sprouting of nodal segments. Also seed germination in
vitro in Sonneratia was not successful.Need some tips to overcome
bacterial contamination.
All suggestions are welcomed.
