Default Plant Disease Susceptibility Protein

Dear all,

Do you know any gene that this gene can makes its plants to be more susceptible to plant pathogens and the mutation in this gene can make the plants to be resistant to the pathogens?

If yes, what are the possibilities that this gene (or protein) in wild type plants make the plants to be susceptible to pathogens?

Thanks!
Wu
