Default plant protein extraction with Dyna beads

Hallo to all.
if anybody knows a good way to isolate a GFP-fusion protein which had
been overexpressed in plant tissues....
I would like to use Dyna beads bound to anti-GFP in order to
concentrate and purify the recombinant protein (via E.coli it does not
seem to be possible).
