I am doing some molecular pharming work that involves over expression of my target protein in Arabidopsis seed. I was wondering if there is a collection of binary vectors that have been engineered to serve as Gateway Destination vectors specifically for this purpose. The vectors should have a strong, dicot seed-specific promoter (eg. arcelin, phaseolin) and a transcriptional terminator flanking the site of recombination.
