Another S. African oddity -- Larryleachia?

Hi again folks,
Here's a link to my vote for single coolest plant I've ever seen. I've
tentatively named "her" Lucille -- definitely a punker plant.

Obviously an Apocynad, maybe a Larryleachia??? Photographed in Goegap
preserve, Near Springbok, S. Africa. It was planted there near the
visitor centre, so I'm not sure if it's native to that exact spot.
