i would like to know about the enzymes from the mushroom, particularly the protease, laccase, cellulase, and amylase enzyme estimation and also the steps involved in the purification of those enzymes from the mushroom fruitbody and also from the mycilium, if any one working on mushroom, help me to know about it more. i would like to know the enzyme estimation both quantitative and qualitative estimation and purification steps involved in the enzyme productio. friendly Sathiya |
