Default plant ID ?

What is this :

http://www.terwiel.com/diversen/DSCN0630.JPG

the stem is not wooden.
The plant is now about 1.50m high
The flowers are like in the form of a candle, individual flowers only
2 mm large.
(the grid is in mm, so the leaf shown is about 10cm long)
Location: centre of the Netherlands, rich soil (clay).
Very sunny spot (but it's raining biblical these last few weeks ;-)

thanx for your attention.
