leaf temperature sensing

How can I measure and datalog the temperature of a leaf non-destructively?

I need to record the temperature of a leaf as well as the temperature of the
air every 60 seconds on a data logger. I can manually read the temperature
of a leaf with an Infrared (non-contact) thermometer but have not yet found
one that has an analog output so it can be read by a 0-5volt ADC.

I could use a thermocouple, but placing one on the surface of a leaf in full
sunlight does not accurately record the LEAF temperature.

Certainly this has already been done......can someone tell me how?

Thanks
