Plant Selection
I am new to newsgroups and know even less about plants. Is there a site or
could someone give me some assistance with the selection of plants for an area of my house that only gets early morning sun. The front of my house receives brief early morning sun. Are there any suggestions for plants ? Northeast Area, Massachusetts.. I don't mind experimenting. |

BRBR You are probably very limited in the selection of flowering plants, which generally need more light. You could try peace lily. There are hundreds of foliage plants available. Try Sansevieria (snake plant), Philodendron, Aspidistra, Aglaonema (Chinese evergreen). Practice on those until you are ready for something more exciting. For further information on indoor & outdoor gardening, go to rec.gardens. Iris, Central NY, Zone 5a, Sunset Zone 40 "If we see light at the end of the tunnel, It's the light of the oncoming train."
