It looks like a member of the mint family, possibly a _Salvia_.

A member of the Labiatae (Mint family) it is (or should be). I would not
dare guess a genus, and would not be able to even if the flowers were not
(obliquely) upside down.

The lack of foliage doesn't help either.

Can you see square stems?
