Hello!

Does anybody now a paper or homepage about flowering of Selenicereus
grandiflorus, Cactaceae?

I would like to now why this plants are flowering only one timer per
year and how it works?

That the plant flowers only once a year is a myth. Mature plants of the vine
will produce many flowers during the growing season but each individual
nocturnal flower will open only night.

There are many websites on night flowering Cactaceae including this species.
