Default champion humidity-drinking species of mold/mildew?

i seek the species of molds/mildews which is the best at taking
humidity out of the ambient air.

I see two categories. First, in conditions of high Relative Humidity,
which species will pull the vapor out fastest?

Second: which species has the lowest "vapor pressure", such that, even
at low ambient Relative Humidities, it will still pull water out of the
air?

Are the tillandsias better at this?
