Default Water lilly help

I have just noticed strange jelly like deposits on the underside of most of
the leaves of my water lilies in my pond. They appear to have eggs in them.
Can anyone tell me what they are and are they something to worry about? If
so what should I do.

regards

Snail eggs I think having done quite a bit of research.

Does this mean I'm going to have a snail infestation? If so what should I
do?
