Moderator Announce: Moderation team classes

Each year, the moderation team appoints a new class of moderators.

The present classes, elected when the group was formed, are as
follows:

Moderator Class of 08 Gary
Moderator: Class of 08 Jim

Moderator: Class of 09 Galen
Moderator: Class of 09 ~jan
Moderator: Class of 09 Kathy30a
Moderator: Class of 09 Phyllis

The team recommends that Gary and Jim be re-appointed to the class of
2010 and that Galen be added to the class of 2010 in order to balance
the classes.

The team believes the traffic in the group is light enough not to
require additonal moderators in order to maintain coverage. The team
would be glad to receive recommendations of persons who might be
added
or who might be asked to replace moderators if that became
necessary.

Recommendations should be sent to Jim, the administrative moderator
for the team, at:

Jim Hurley, for the moderation team

(perhaps this is off-topic of group, but hopefully on topic
of thread enough to be accepted for posting)

It is my humble opinion,
that all posters, and all readers (lurkers) of the group,
should count themselves very lucky that 6 individuals
have previously stepped forward to volunteer for this
duty, that improves the situation for all of us.
As far as I see, very fairly and quickly done work.

A Toast,
to the long time happiness of the volunteers!
Clink, glug.

There used to be a lot, but there is much less now.

Donna,

I did a quick Google search of your posts (both names). It shows
posts on 6/6, 6/9, 8/10, 8/20, and 9/8. Are there others that did not
make it through? By all means feel free to write to the team via my
moderator account: . That is probably the best forum
to pursue details about messages.

Jim

=======================I think the mods are doing a good job. I'm phasing out of fish keeping s

don't have much to post anymore. I'll probably pull the net on the larger

pond and give those fish away also. I'll just leave pumps running to kee
