Assuming you are moving them to a private pond ... using large, sturdy plastic bags fill with pond water to about 40%, add fish and, preferably a blast of oxygen. Tie a knot in the very top of the bag leaving as big an airspace as possible. Pack the bags in large packing crates.

Float the bags in the new pond until the water temperatures match. Open the bags carefully (dont burst them abruptly) and allow the water to mix slowly. Release the fish.

Its tempting to part fill a plastic site box and use a battery operated air supply. It does work fine but when you are driving the water and fish sloshes about like crazy and starts to get everywhere.

NB Now the harsh part - make sure you won't break down or get stuck in a traffic jam. The fish will do nicely in the bags but you cant keep them like that indefinitely. Belt and braces will have you take an oxygen cylinder with you or better still a battery operated air supply. Then you can at least try your best. What you absolutely can't do is decant the fish in to any natural pond, stream, ditch, lake. It sounds rough but its illegal to introduce non-native species into the wild.
