I am sending some off to someone first, but will remember that in a few months when i am right back where i started from. ·.·´¨ ¨)) -:¦:- ¸.·´ .·´¨¨)) jammer ((¸¸.·´ ..·´ -:¦:- ((¸¸ |

Azolla makes a great mulch; just heap it up around plants. Takes a while
to break down and holds in moisture. Looks good as a mulch as well. It also has more nitrogen than other plants and mulches.....I read it was almost as good as clover. Jerri http://www.fringeweb.com/Ponds/JerrisPond |

Ewww, Azolla. I found it a pain in the Lily Pond, looks messy if you have
any flying debris, which, in the desert we always seem to have. ~ jan See my ponds and filter design: http://users.owt.com/jjspond/ ~Keep 'em Wet!~ Tri-Cities WA Zone 7a To e-mail see website |

The azolla catches and holds the leaves/keeps them out of the water. Then i just pick them off instead of out. ·.·´¨ ¨)) -:¦:- ¸.·´ .·´¨¨)) jammer ((¸¸.·´ ..·´ -:¦:- ((¸¸ |
