Default Toad song begins...crickets on speed

Well,...
We forgit how soon the toads begin. Last night the song began. It will
last for a couple of months. The toads sound like crickets on speed. Next
come the tree frogs and finally the leopards and bull frogs. The later will
be relocated to save our fish!

The pond is 5 yards from our bedroom. It is nice that we enjoy the sound!

May yours thrive.

Pris,

We have a white noise maker that can cover most of their noise if we turn it
on.

if you've ever stayed in a motel where the heating/air conditioning unit
masks other noises outside your room, then your heating/ac is a 'white
noise' maker. in my house the large aquarium filters in my 3 tanks provide a
white noise that prevents us from hearing the noise of the nearby highway
traffic.

Oh, ok. Thanks for the info.
I guess my ceiling fan will be a white noise maker. lol
We use to live by a busy highway.
I had a hard time sleeping. Then when we moved I couldn't sleep because it
was to quiet. lol

i sure understand that. when we left the city and moved to small town i had
that kind of trouble, but i sure got used to it. then due to the increase in
highway traffic we needed some assistance so i found that having aquariums
aided in this. the water falling into the aquaria is a very pleasant noise.
