How do I seal a small hole in the liner of my pond?

they make sealing tape for pond liners, but if it is just a nail hole I
have used RTV Rubber from auto parts store and silicon sealer from the
hardware. IMHO RTV works best as it adheres better to most all
surfaces. and is fish safe once dried
