What is making it "dirty" ?
How clean do you want it?
Are the fish protesting for better working conditions?
What kind of fish are they (koi, gold, union, unorganized, etc.) ?

Define what you mean by clean, there can be fish stirring up sediments, algae might be making a mess, mud or soil discolouring the water, excessive organic stuff decomposing....

Use Pond filter to clean pond water and an aerator is helpful to aerate pond water, introduce oxygen in water and help to reduce algae growth.
