:-)

My mother's day present is yard work
from my troops. When we first moved here
it was planting trees, now it is cleaning the filter and this year the pond.

Thanks John. Tomorrow, I'll be "shop vac"uuming the pond for the third
time this spring; hope to get the rest of the bottom "crud" out without
getting rained out as I have the last two times. After a scrumptious
breakfast prepared by our teenage sons -- can't wait for my coffee in bed!

Thank you John.
My day will be drainning my son's pool and getting that started.
Plus I got to rinse out the filters in both ponds. Both are running slow
this morning I noticed.

Thank you John, my daughter just left and it was a lovely
weekend. Granddaughter was here yesterday and we had a lot
of fun. My son is somewhere in Arizona and he called too.

Thanks John .... I just got home from my son's house. All of
us were there and had a fun ole time. My Mom is still perking
along at 100 years. She puts me to shame... 5 generations... wow!

Hi Kathy,
Only word comes from Mike on the Carl Vinson. He's on
a 9 month cruise... and he does write/email.
Not a word from Nathan ... the Ranger in Iraq. We haven't
heard a word in two months. Just have no
idea what he is doing. Denny thinks it's something secret & I
tend to agree. It is tough having them gone.... especially on
holidays. Thanks for asking, sweetie .....

Wonder if the news will still cover arriving ships when the Carl Visson comes
home? You'll have to give us a description and we'll all look for him ;-)
Hoping Nathan stays safe. XX -- crossing fingers.

I don't know if the Vinson will be covered or not. However, the
Vinson is photographed from time to time ... Fox News. Mike is
on the flight deck (purple/red shirt) and of course he is the tallest
(6'4"), biggest - over 225 lbs last I heard and of course the handsomest one
there!!

Nathan is in the 101st - but they (Army) have so much clandestine
operations going on that it is hard to keep up with him.
He looks exactly like Mike ... ;-) both 19 years old.

I didn't get a Digital picture of them .. my fault. I have their
graduation pictures .... but no way to get them on my website.
DRAT!!!!

Thanks for inquiring, Kathy ....

Every time I see the flight deck I wonder, is that Nedra's
grandson? Now I have an idea of what to look for. When he
gets home you can tell him that a strange women was looking
for him.
