UV clarifiers
 

I use the FishMate combo filter/UV. Don't hold your breath on the filter
part.
I like the design because the light is suspended over the water flow. The
bulb does not get dirty so there are no cleaning issues or quartz sleeves to
break.
Cleared absolute pea soup last year in 1 week. Caught it early this year
and have crystal clear water with only 3 use.

This is not the cheapest site but is does have a cutaway graphic that
explains the design.

That is what i use. The filter and rocks get dirty in mine and i also use a
seperate filter. But i love my clear water!

What about the UV1-10 from Optima?
It looks and sounds great.
