Best way to fasten lliner to concrete?

Like the subject says, I'd like to know what
the best product to use in order to fasten my
EDPM liner to concrete with? The joint will
be horizontal, and it will most likely be above
the slab. I don't want it to cover the entire
surface of the waterfall, just enough to attach
it to the concrete slab. I am attaching a photo of
the filter in the next post for those who would
like to see what/where I mean.

I have to put the liner inside the filter and have
it come up to the waterfall, without loosing water
on the way back.

Thanks

In my opinion, the liner should have gone in and down the
front of the filter to the pond - then the cap and spillway
added.
