Default OT diets - OT K30a - (welcome back K30a!)

They did the same thing to my son (don't suppose you're a redhead?)... The
Dr walked back into the room to take a look and went "WOW!"....

Thanks for the coleslaw recipe. I really like the idea of dried
cranberries!!

My dressing for slaw
miracle whip 50/50 w/mayo
henri's tastee dressing (good dollop)
salt and pepper
raisins or dried cranberries

my allergies were detected by an allergist, sticking needles under the

skin on my
back. it was a ghastly experience. Ingrid

I'm so glad you reminded me of coleslaw... I had forgotten how much I

like
it since it is something I have avoided for so long trying to keep my

weight
under control the old fashion diet way. A friend of mine who has the

same
allergies that you do told me that a lot of people are allergic to these
things and don't realize it. I have no idea how factual that is (I mean

how
do you measure such a thing?) but I do like the data that is coming out

now
on all the health benefits to Atkins. DK

part of my problem is I am literally allergic to wheat, corn, peanuts.

When I am off
them for a couple weeks then eat one of those I can tell right away it

affects my
asthma. The major problems seem to clear up in most people who get on

ATkins or
versions thereof a
mild arthritis seems to clear up, moderate to severe arthritis gets

better
mucous/sinus problems seem to clear up
acid stomach stops
thinking seems much sharper
energy levels are way up
BP drops, cholesterol drops
I am sure I am leaving things out.
ohhh...we have discovered cole slaw. DH puts raisins in it, often too

much. But
there is something so fresh and delicious about it. Ingrid
