Snowy pond update
Last weekend I posted photos of my patio
fish pond in snow. I just came in to take a little break from cleaning out the pond and veggie filter, the outside temp is about 73, the pond water is 62 degrees. What an amazing change in a week, but then that's the way it is in North Carolina. I'm afraid I killed about a million eggs that were stuck all over the leaves and dead plants that I pulled out. I tried to save as many as possible, I also filled a small fish tank with pond water and put a handful of egg coated leaves in it, and brought it inside. We'll see what happens.
