Default My pond contains T2O

Help! Evil owners of a nuclear power plant have replaced the water of
my pond with T2O.

What can I do now, I fear that my poor fishes will mutate and turn
into dangerous monsters?

Can I sue them for turning my pond into a radioactive waste disposal ?
