Harbor Freight.. sucks!

Just got an email reply from them, after asking them what happened to my
order last week.

The pump is backordered til June 26th, (assuming they come in then), and the
lights are backordered till aug. pth!

I just told them to cancel my order, and f I still needed them then, that I
would reorder.

So anyone else know of another good onlinbe source for underwater lights and
for pumps?

Actually if I may, they don't suck that bad! :-)

I just walk in to their store, show them the sales from the online store,
and voila I leave with what I want at the online price without paying
shipping!

Speaking of "sucks", the underwater light they have for sale sucks bad! My
Brother bought one, and it lights nothing!

Now the car headlight connected to Malibu transformer, that works great!

Just my 2 cents, which is worth as much as BV's 2 cents = $0.00

Oh yeah, and there's always Ebay. I've found insane amounts of pond
supplies on there. In case of the remote chance that you don't know
about Ebay: http://www.ebay.com .

Sorry...I was trying to make a cute retort to that Just Smartass Koi fellow,
and it's too early so I folded under the pressure and plaster the group with
a stupid post. This will invariably garner more abused from Joker Me Koi,
but I guess that is the fate I must suffer.

The lights I was refering to are the kind that go in the landscaping. Mine
are near the pond edge. They attract bugs, and make my frogs happy. They
also keep me from falling into the pond when I am toad hunting in the dark.

Coffee? Where is the coffee in this place?

Ah, drat!

Guess I'll try to tackle the headlight project after all. My biggest concern
is finding a power source to power a car headlight, that just be plugged
into an extension cord.

Just connect it to an existing low voltage system if you have one (as long
as the transformer will handle the extra load) - or buy a small 12 volt
transformer to run it separately. That's how mine is powered
