I'm with Monet, water lilies are simply stunning. I can't paint at
all, but I did just get a new Dig Camera and what better subject to try
it out on then Water Lilies. I need some more practise and a
polarizing filter... but these are a start.

I OK with Hardy lilies, but I love my Tropicals. These are some of my
favorites; Innocence, Star of Siam and the incredible Miami Rose.

To be fair, I pull these lilies in Jan and then put them in a
greenhouse and put them out when the water is above 65 during the day.
But with more than 30 large koi, they would never be able to get
started in the pond... they need to be put in well established. They
have been in for 4 weeks now.

Think about getting a UV.
